TouchUp — Botox & Filler Log
Getting Started
How do I log a treatment?
Open the app and tap "Log Treatment". Tap the face map to select the zones you had treated, then enter the product or brand, units or syringes, price, provider, and date. Save, and those zones turn "fresh" on your dashboard face map.
Can I track more than one brand or provider?
Yes — TouchUp is manufacturer-neutral by design. Log Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Juvéderm, Restylane, RHA, Sculptra and more, from any clinic, all in one place. There is no single-brand rewards login.
What is the face map and wear-off countdown?
Each treated zone is color-coded fresh → fading → worn off based on a typical duration you can calibrate. The "Next to Fade" card on the dashboard shows the area closest to wearing off and the date it is expected to reach that point.
Wear-Off & Reminders
How accurate is the wear-off countdown?
It is an estimate based on typical durations for each product and zone, adjusted by your own calibration — not a prediction of your individual results, and not medical advice. Calibrate the typical durations in Settings to match how long your results actually last, and the countdowns get more useful over time.
How do re-dose reminders work?
TouchUp can notify you before a zone is due to wear off. The free tier includes 1 active reminder; Premium unlocks unlimited reminders. Allow notifications when prompted, or enable them later in iOS Settings → TouchUp → Notifications.
Spend & Export
How does spend tracking work?
TouchUp totals what you log — annual and monthly spend, by brand and by zone — plus cost per zone, units by zone, and your average days between visits. The free tier shows the last 90 days; Premium shows your full history and all charts.
What is in the pre-appointment PDF?
Your current per-zone status, recent treatments, and annual spend — formatted to hand to your injector before a visit. You can also export a CSV of every treatment. Both exports are a Premium feature and are generated on your device.
Can I scan a receipt to save typing?
Yes. Premium's receipt quick-log uses Apple's on-device text recognition to pre-fill a new treatment from a photo of your receipt. The image is processed entirely on your iPhone and is never uploaded.
Free vs Premium
What's free vs Premium?
Free: up to 3 logged treatments, front-view face-map logging, 1 active wear-off reminder, and the last 90 days of spend insights. Premium: unlimited treatments, the full wear-off engine with unlimited reminders, full spend history and all charts, a before/after photo timeline, receipt quick-log, PDF and CSV export, and home-screen & Lock Screen widgets.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Premium Annual plan ($29.99/year) includes a 7-day free trial. You'll only be charged at the end of the trial. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings before the trial ends.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings inside the App and tap "Restore Purchases". This re-applies your active subscription if you've previously purchased one on this Apple ID.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find TouchUp and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Privacy
Where does my data go?
It stays on your iPhone. TouchUp uploads nothing — no account, no cloud, no pharma login. You can confirm by toggling Airplane Mode: logging, the wear-off engine, insights, and export all still work. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
What permissions does the app need?
Camera (only when you scan a receipt), Photo Library read-only (only for the before/after photos you choose to add), and Notifications (optional, for wear-off reminders). Nothing runs in the background without your action.
How do I delete everything?
Open Settings → Data → Delete All Data to erase every treatment, photo, and provider in one tap. Deleting the App also removes all local data.
