Privacy Policy

TouchUp — Botox & Filler Log ("the App") is published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we handle information when you use the App. The short version: TouchUp is designed to keep your treatment history and face map entirely on your iPhone. We operate no servers that hold your data, and our App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected.
1. Your Treatment Data & Photos
- Your data never leaves your device. Everything you log — treatments, face-zone selections, units, prices, providers, lot numbers, before/after photos, and reminders — is stored only on your iPhone.
- The App does not upload, transmit, stream, or store your data on our servers. We have no servers that hold user data.
- Your data is removed when you delete the corresponding entry, use Delete All Data in Settings, or delete the App.
- If you export a PDF or CSV and share it via the iOS share sheet (Messages, Mail, AirDrop, Files, etc.), you control where it goes — we do not see it.
2. Data We Store Locally
- Treatments: Product/brand, units, syringes or mL, price, provider, lot number, date, and the face zones treated. Stored locally via SwiftData.
- Face map & wear-off state: Per-zone status derived on-device from your treatments and your typical-duration settings.
- Photos: Any before/after images you add, stored in the App's sandbox on your device.
- Preferences: Typical-duration calibration, reminder settings, theme, and unit preferences.
- Purchase status: Subscription state is managed by Apple's StoreKit and cached locally for feature gating.
3. Permissions We Request
- Camera: Only when you scan a treatment receipt. The image is processed entirely on-device using Apple's on-device text recognition to pre-fill a form — it is not uploaded.
- Photo Library (read-only): Only when you add a before/after photo. We access only the photo you select via the iOS picker — we do not enumerate your library.
- Notifications (optional): Used only to remind you before a treated zone is due to wear off. You can disable them in iOS Settings at any time.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses exactly one third-party service:
- Apple App Store / StoreKit: Manages subscriptions and purchases. Governed by Apple's privacy policy.
That is the complete list. TouchUp contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting service, and no third-party trackers. There is no pharma rewards login and no account system.
5. Data Storage and Security
- All treatments, the face map, photos, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
- No treatment data, photos, or device-identifiable content is transmitted to or stored on our servers. We have no servers that hold user data.
- The App's core features — logging, the wear-off engine, spend insights, and PDF/CSV export — work completely offline.
- Purchase verification uses Apple's secure StoreKit framework.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your treatment history or photos with any third party. Because nothing leaves your device, there is nothing for us to share.
7. Health-Related Information
Information about cosmetic treatments and before/after face photos can be sensitive. TouchUp keeps this information on your device and never transmits it. TouchUp is a personal record-keeping tool that you control — it is not a medical device, and we are not a covered entity or business associate under health-privacy laws such as HIPAA.
8. Your Rights
You can:
- Delete individual treatments, photos, or providers inside the App
- Use Settings → Data → Delete All Data to erase everything at once
- Delete the App to remove all local data, photos, history, and preferences
- Disable Camera, Photo Library, or Notifications permissions from iOS Settings at any time

9. Children's Privacy
The App is rated 12+ (it references cosmetic medical procedures) and is not directed to children. Because the App does not collect personal data, this is enforced by design.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
